Terms of Service — Scope & Acceptance
These Terms govern the provision of logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding and 3PL services by Opportunityspace. By using our website or engaging our services you accept and agree to these Terms (as amended from time to time).
Service scope
We provide transport, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management and cold chain logistics. Specific service terms are agreed in each service contract or job confirmation.
Payment & liability
Charges, payment terms and liability limits are set out in our invoices and service agreements. Nothing in these Terms intends to exclude or restrict liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Privacy & Data Handling (Privacy Act 1988)
Opportunityspace handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect the minimum necessary personal data to provide logistics services, to manage accounts, comply with law and to improve operations.
- Types of data: contact details, billing data, delivery instructions, compliance documents and limited tracking data.
- Retention: data is retained only as required for business, tax and legal purposes.
- Cross-border transfers: we may transfer data to suppliers and carriers; we apply contractual safeguards where required.

Australian Consumer Law — Guarantees & Returns
Our services and goods are subject to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to remedies where a failure relates to a major failure or where goods/services are not of acceptable quality.


If you believe a service has failed, contact us at Opportunityspace@outlook.com. We will investigate, propose a remedy and, where appropriate, process refunds or reshipments in line with ACL requirements.
